John L. Steve es fundador y presidente de MAPP Associates, una firma de consultor\u00eda de 12 personas. Quill R. Ferguson served on active duty in the US Army for 30 years in multiple positions requiring mission-critical communications and cyber security operations. Gaining a broad range of experience base throughout his long career, Quill was placed in various leadership and management roles while working with US and foreign militaries, governments, inter-agency organizations, and industries.<\/p>

Before rejoining the Obera Team, Quill continued to serve as the Vice President for Federal and Defense Programs at Junia Holdings, Inc. Prior to these two roles, Quill was a member of the Obera leadership team serving as the President from 2013 -2018 and as Director of Business Development, Technical Services for Inmarsat Government. Quill\u2019s last Army assignment on active duty was as the Chief Information Officer\/G6 for the\u00a0US Army North (ARNORTH) and Fifth Army. As the CIO, Quill was responsible for developing and employing reliable and survivable C4ISR capability for DoD\u2019s Title X Land Component Forces response in defense of the Continental United States.<\/p>

Other key assignments and positions held include: Chief NATO Communications and Information Management Division (NATO Communications Systems Agency) SHAPE Belgium. Deputy Chief \u2013 Joint Contact Team (ODC) US Embassy Skopje, North Macedonia and Deputy Brigade Commander -1st<\/sup> Signal Brigade, Yongsan Seoul, S. Korea. Additionally, Quill commanded an Airborne Signal Battalion at Fort Liberty, NC, and served as the CIO in multiple US Special Operations organizations including SOCSOUTH, Panama, and the 160th<\/sup> Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR) – TF 1\/160 & Task Force Ranger – Operations Gothic Serpent, Mogadishu Somalia. \u00a0<\/p>

Quill graduated from North Carolina A&T State University and was commissioned through the Army ROTC Program.
